Managed the conversion of this 24-story mixed use office/residential building into an 800-room, 515,000 square foot luxury hotel.

Conversion included all new building elements, structure steel curtain wall and new elevator, electrical/mechanical systems. Conversion occurred with 138 tenants remaining in building.
