65 Liberty Street, New York City

Supervised the renovation/restoration of the 50,000 square foot landmark New York Chamber of Commerce Building, originally built in 1902.

Work included all new mechanical and electrical systems, a new elevator and the overall modernization of the building to meet current building code standards. All work was completed without disturbing a leased ground floor tenant who remained in occupancy for the duration of the project.

Project won the BOMA 1991/1992 Award for Excellence in Modernization/Restoration
