Construction news 2001 Project of the Year

Responsible for overseeing the construction of the new 38-story, 583,000 square foot facility encompassing luxury condominium units, a five star Ritz Carlton Hotel and a 5,000 square foot museum.

The September 11th 2001 terrorist attacks forced the project to a halt. Following the collapse of the Twin Towers, assisted with the cleanup at Ground Zero and shortly thereafter reassembled the team to complete the project.
